1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order for Storyrung Australian edition products on praxolia.com, by consumers and by schools or other organisations in Australia. They are shown before you pay, and you can save or print them. By placing an order you accept the terms in force on the day of your order. The contract is made in English.
2. Who we are
The seller is Esteban Espin, trading as Praxolia and Storyrung. Full seller details are in our Legal notice. Contact: hola@praxolia.com.
3. The products
Our products are digital content supplied without a physical medium: PDF files in A4 format to download and print (and, in the Complete plan, PowerPoint files). The main features of each product (contents, number of stories and pages, delivery dates) are shown on its product page.
- Storyrung – Year of Stories (Australian edition): 39 adapted stories for the Australian school year in 4 terms (Term 1: 10 stories; Terms 2–4: 29 more), Foundation to Year 2. Each story has 20 A4 pages: an 8-page book to staple, picture pieces, 4 rung sheets (point & choose, choose the word, sequence & retell, write), 8 sequencing cards, a story frame, free writing and a class record. It also includes a Start Here guide and a year planner.
- Storyrung – Complete (Australian edition): the Year of Stories plus a Whiteboard Edition (drag-and-drop slides for every story) and an NCCD Evidence Pack (an adjustment plan, an evidence sheet for every story and a term summary).
You need a device that can open ZIP and PDF files (a computer is recommended) and, to print, an A4 printer. The stories are a reading resource for schools: they are not a therapy or clinical program, do not replace the advice of a speech pathologist or other professional, and are not an official NCCD resource.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (A$, AUD). Prices shown with "inc. GST" include any GST due on the sale of digital products to Australian consumers. There are no delivery charges. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. We do not show discounts against a "reference price" that was never charged.
5. How an order is made
- You choose your plan and, if you wish, the optional extras shown in the order box.
- You check the order summary (products and total price), enter your details and confirm the order with an obligation to pay.
- We send you an order confirmation email, which works as your receipt.
6. Payment
Payment is due when you place the order, using the methods shown at checkout (card payments through Shopify Payments and any other methods displayed there). Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your card number. Schools can pay by card; the order confirmation is the receipt.
7. Delivery of the digital content (pre-order)
- Term 1 (10 stories) and, in the Complete plan, its Whiteboard Edition and NCCD Evidence Pack: emailed within 48 hours of your order, with the download links.
- Term 2: emailed by 9 April 2027.
- Term 3: emailed by 2 July 2027.
- Term 4: emailed by 24 September 2027.
- Optional extras (Story Vocabulary Cards, Change & Transition Stories): emailed within 48 hours; the Vocabulary Cards for each later term arrive with that term.
If a term arrives after its date, email us and we refund your order in full.
If an email does not arrive within the time shown (please check your spam or junk folder) or a file will not open, email hola@praxolia.com and we will resend the files or fix the problem.
8. Our 30-day guarantee
Try your first story with your class. If it doesn't work for your students, email us within 30 days of your order for a full refund. No forms, no questions about why.
To use it, email hola@praxolia.com within 30 days of your order with your order number. We refund the full price you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of your request. No proof or reason is needed.
This guarantee is a voluntary commitment by Storyrung. It is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 9) and does not limit them.
9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). For a major failure you are entitled to a refund or replacement and, for a service, to cancel and get a refund for the unused part; you are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have it fixed in a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. For more information, visit the ACCC (www.accc.gov.au).
10. Licence to use the files
Your purchase gives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for one teacher or teacher aide (one person) to:
- use and print the files as many times as needed for the students they teach;
- give printed copies to those students and their families.
Using one licence for several staff members in the same school is not allowed; for several staff, ask us about a whole-school licence.
You may not resell or share the files (by email, link, shared drive or platform), publish them online, or use them in another free or paid product.
11. Our responsibility
The stories are teaching resources. How they are used is a matter for the professional judgement of the adult who uses them, who adapts each activity to each student and supervises them. They are not an assessment, a diagnosis or a treatment, and they do not decide what a school reports to the NCCD. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Personal information
We handle the information needed for your order as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Questions and complaints
For any question or complaint, email hola@praxolia.com with your order number. We reply in English within 14 days at the latest and look for a fair solution with you. You can also contact your state or territory consumer affairs or fair trading office.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Australian state or territory where you live, and you keep the protection of the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the day you placed it.
