Our 30-day guarantee
Try your first story with your class. If it doesn't work for your students, email us within 30 days of your order for a full refund. No forms, no questions about why.
To use it, email hola@praxolia.com within 30 days of your order with your order number. We refund the full price you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of your request. No proof or reason is needed.
Late terms
Term 1 is emailed within 48 hours of your order, Term 2 by 9 April 2027, Term 3 by 2 July 2027 and Term 4 by 24 September 2027. If any term arrives after its date, email hola@praxolia.com and we refund your whole order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a file does not download or open, or is not as described, email hola@praxolia.com: we will resend or correct it at no cost, and for a major failure you are entitled to a refund. This policy does not limit those rights.
