1. Who handles your information

2. In short
We use your personal information only to run the shop, fulfil your order, reply to you and, only if you agree, to measure visits and the results of our adverts. We do not sell your information. We do not need, and ask you not to send us, personal information about your students.

4. Who receives your information
- Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland, and Shopify Inc., Canada): hosting of the shop, checkout, payments and the "Digital Products" app that sends the download links.
- Payment providers: Shopify Payments (processed by Stripe) and any other methods shown at checkout.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), for the Meta pixel and Conversions API.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Overseas disclosure
Your information is handled outside Australia: in Mexico (the seller), Ireland, Canada and the United States (our providers). We only use providers that protect personal information with safeguards substantially similar to the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hola@praxolia.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) · www.oaic.gov.au · 1300 363 992.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. We use strictly necessary cookies (basket, country, currency, security and checkout, from Shopify), statistics cookies (_shopify_analytics) and advertising cookies (_shopify_marketing, _fbp, _fbc from the Meta pixel). These are the cookies observed on the shop on 23 October 2026; Shopify may change their names. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the basket or checkout from working.
8. Children
Our products are for teachers, teacher aides and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest version.
