- Term 1 (10 stories) and, in the Complete plan, its Whiteboard Edition and NCCD Evidence Pack: emailed within 48 hours of your order, with the download links.
- Term 2: emailed by 9 April 2027.
- Term 3: emailed by 2 July 2027.
- Term 4: emailed by 24 September 2027.
- Optional extras (Story Vocabulary Cards, Change & Transition Stories): emailed within 48 hours; the Vocabulary Cards for each later term arrive with that term.
If a term arrives after its date, email us and we refund your order in full.
If an email does not arrive. Check your spam or junk folder. If it has not arrived within the time shown, email hola@praxolia.com with your order number and we will resend the link.
